The Foundation Machines mark is an ink chip containing a split-diamond monogram. Use the wordmark "Foundation Machines" alongside it whenever space allows; the mark alone is for avatars, favicons and tight UI containers.

Typography

  • Fraunces for display + body copy. A warm, optically-tuned serif.
  • JetBrains Mono for tracked micro-labels and code. Set in upper case, 0.18em letter-spacing, ink-muted.

Naming

  • Foundation Machines is the company. Always two words, both capitalised. No hyphen, no abbreviation.
  • Sebastion AI is our first product. The "AI" is part of the product name. Lower case "ai" is incorrect.
  • The mark is a "split diamond". We also call the container an "ink chip" (internal-only).

Don't

  • Don't recolour the mark or wordmark outside the palette above.
  • Don't rotate or skew the mark. The diamond split is fixed.
  • Don't pair the wordmark with another logo at the same size; ours should be the same optical weight as the partner mark.
  • Don't use Sebastion AI to refer to the company. The company is Foundation Machines.
