How we work
Small. Distributed. Async by default.
Based in the UK with the rest of the team scattered. We default to async. Long-form writing in PRs and docs, focused calls when they matter. Standups are weekly, not daily.
What we look for
Range over title.
- Real engineering chops. You've shipped something a stranger uses.
- Security-curious or security-rooted (appsec, offensive, platform-with-a-security-bent).
- Strong writing. We move information through prose more than meetings.
- Comfort with AI as a tool, not a religion.
What we don't have
No grad scheme, no bench.
We're early. There's no rotation programme, no internal mobility, no FAANG-grade equity. There is real ownership, a tight feedback loop and the chance to set patterns that will outlive you in the codebase.
